Karen Dorval

I moved to Central Alberta in 1980 while working in the hospitality industry
I discovered my passion for real estate while working for a local builder and decided it was time to make a life-altering career change. It was a good decision. Because I am a self-starter and goal oriented, I knew there was no time like the present to begin and I immediately began creating the building blocks that have resulted in a solid foundation for a very successful career. I received my mortgage license in 2002 and the following year I obtained my real estate license.

Combining my experience in the industry with mortgage brokerage and a solid background in contractual law and financial expertise has helped pave the way for consistent customer satisfaction during my very rewarding career.

I have always strived for professional excellence. My top priority is to build a solid, professional relationship with each of my clients to ensure all of their Real Estate needs are not only met, but surpassed.
