Terri Iverson

Previous to becoming a realtor, (2006) I taught school in Alberta, from Sangudo, in the north, to Airdrie, in the south, including Lacombe, Alix, Red Deer, Didsbury, Olds, and Delburne. I am very familiar with the Red Deer area, and presently live west of Red Deer.

I truly love my career as a realtor. I enjoy meeting people. I find that everyone I meet is interesting in some way. My life is also enhanced, as I meet people from every walk of life, and learn from listening to their experiences.

Because of my personal experience buying and selling homes/property, I have great empathy for my clients. I will listen to their concerns and desires,and make every effort to meet their needs.

I am certified in Farm, Ranch, and Acreage Property, Commercial, as well as Residential.
For rural, I am able to determine (using a great website) whether there is oil activity, pipe lines, etc. on a property & which companies are involved.

I advertise on Facebook, the company website, Homes and Land magazine (online, as well), Western Star (Leslieville’s paper – very good circulation), and, of course, the MLS system. (I may have missed a few.)
